Present idnian laws do not allow selling of body parts. Only close relatives of patient can donate kidney or other body parts. Some people go to organ donation , but its free of cost at collection centre and geenrally person dead in accidents or rian dead. If you sell your kidney for money , its illegal and one who buys and performs operation can also get prisoned.

There is no place in India and even in world where you can sell the kidney.  You can donate only to your nearest relative and  you can pledge  to donate to the Hospital which are having kidney banks after death.

As per Indian law selling of body parts is illegal and you can not donate your kidney other than your blood relatives. . If you sell your kidney for money, its illegal, you, and one who buys and performs operation can also get prisoner
