  1. I don't know what location you are looking for, but here's some from several cities in the South.

Charleston, South Carolina (lunch is the best time to eat at Charleston restaurants, prices are much more reasonable):

~The Hominy Grill: Very old building, but very unique

~FISH- Daily specials are usually great

    ~Blossom: Gormet pizzas are delicous

~Joseph's: Only open for breakfast and lunch and is next to a

really neat art museum...Gibbs Museum of Art.  Highly

      recommend the filet mignon sandwhich.

    Hilton Head, South Carolina

~The Sea Shack: Kind of a dive but they have some of the

freshest seafood you will ever eat, he catches it that

       morning

    Beaufort, South Carolina

~Plums: Beautiful view of the water, back deck is nice during

      favorable weather.

    Savannah, Georgia

~Leopold's: They are mostly known for their ice cream

(Chocolate Chocolate Chip is wonderful), but they also have

an excellent selection of lunch type foods.  I recommend the

      Egg Salad Sandwich

    Anniston, Alabama

~Classic on Noble: Sunday brunch is the absolute best time

to eat there.  Other days just don't seem as great as

       Sunday brunches.

    Birmingham, Alabama

~Sophia's Deli and Catering: Another "hole in the wall" type

place, but their spaghetti is to die for.  It is also right next to

      an awsome art gallery.

    Jacksonville, Alabama

~Cooter Brown's Rib Shack: It honestly makes me think of a

biker bar, but the pulled pork sandwich is worth going there

      for.

  2. In what city?

  3. any particular location?

Pirogue Grille is a great restaurant in a very unexpected place.  Bismarck, ND

  4. Where? In Fayetteville, Arkansas Ella's is great.
