It's very difficult to find out with these details.

I cant understand your intention to find a person, you were not mentioned the reason,

So, at least you should provide the company name / p o box number to find out a person, Otherwise provide his mobile number, or office phone number... (if he is absconding or something like that way) thousands of indians are living here. Out of that many Dinesh's will be there.

Do you know the passport details of him, if yes there is a chanse to find him through consulate.

Jut try that way if the reason is emergency or some thing like that.
