Want to find an employees name at texas roadhouse?

there was this hostess i met aat texas roadhouse in syracuse, ny tonight. her name was emily and i really want to speak with her again but i didnt get a number or a last name, so how should i do it, is there a place a can email someone in the restaurant that can give me a last name or whatever.

Go back to the restaurant and talk to her, but don't harass.  If anyone at that place knows what's good for them, they won't give up any personal information about her to you as it is probably against company policy, not to mention could cause legal trouble.

The best way to go about this without looking like a stalker, is to go in and ask who was working that day at that time and when she'll be working again because she made your dining experience great.

This way, if all goes well, you get a 2nd chance to meet her and she gets on good terms with the boss.

I know what where I work, at Applebee's, you can't get information like that. But what you could do, is call in and ask if it would be possible to find out the next time she works.
