Want to get a new haircut! any ideas?

I have meduim length ash brown colored hair, and I am tan and I have brown eyes, I want side bangs and layers, buttt I don't want a big side bang anymore, all I want is my hair parted to the side them frame my face... : )

let your bangs grow out.  it's frustrating, but it's the best way to get the look you want.  until they're the length you're looking for, try pinning them up into your hairline and letting your longer hair fall in front.  it gives you the same sort of look you're describing.
