i am big and 14 years old...i have muscles and i go can go either way...get big or get cuts...im a hockey player so i don't knoe which one is better...personally i think i can get bigger easier then getting cuts but i am willing to do any one

  1. Jog, pushups, situps, eat healthy food, do light workouts once in awile. (endurance training)


  2. You don't want to do too much at your age, especially getting big. Stay smaller and do a lot of circuit training...don't use too much weight.

  3. You shouldn't do too much stuff with the weights. It's okay to do some but too much isn't a good idea. If I was you at your age, I'd focus on fitness and when that was good, work on muscles. I can't tell you how much to lift, only you can tell.
