  1. I currently use InPhonex and CallCentric as my land-line replacement VoIP services.  Among the lowest rates, and No Contracts, no commitments, no strings.

I use them with my self-configured Linksys PAP2T VoIP adapter.  InPhonex configured on Line-1, and CallCentric configured on Line-2... Two VoIP services with one VoIP ATA....

    I only use pay-per-minute calling.

My monthly calling bills are always less than $12/month......total.

  2. I got rid of my landline 5 years ago and never have regret it!!

Before you start with Vonage why don't you tried something like it for free, just to see if you like it!

I use several VoIP providers and free VoIP providers....first do some research on dslReports.com....!

    http://www.dslreports.com/

remember, if you sign up with any VoiP provider and port over your phone-number,  you will loose your number if you cancel the service.......!. 1.VoIP are not required to port your number back, only landline and cellphones! 2. there are cancellation fees if you cancel within the 1st year!

I use Packet8 and love it.....I also use the MagicJack as a 2nd line.....and several other SIP and VoIP service for different reasons. I pay 16 dollars per month with P8 and 19.99 per year with the MagicJack.

  3. I use Vonage and its the best thing since sliced bread. It is so easy to use and you get so many features for free.

  4. I love Vonage. Even paid 12 months in advance which comes out a bit cheaper. After AT&T wouldn't give me a package shown right on their Website, not even caller ID without paying extra I switched to Vonage. AT&T said you should have mentioned caller ID, voice mail etc., at the time of your order. Did not know untill next day I was supposed to get package of features. So go with Vonage!

  5. If you are really interested in phone calls through broadband I can show you a web site for a company that is now a world leader in the technology.

What they have are normal phones that just plug into any broadband line, and you can call any normal land line or cell phone, also they have their own voip network which is giving thousands of people the use of video phones.

For a monthly fee all calls over the USA, Canada, Puerto Rico and Hawaii are free.

Email me if you would like me to send you the web site address.
