  1. post some stuff up on youtube, and myspace,

    thats how Sean Kingston was discovered!

  2. Go to a website of a signer. For example, The Island Def Jam Music Group. They have whole pages on tips and things for you to submit a video. You basically just send them a demo video of your band playing, along with a CD of covers and your own songs.
