Want to go for M.S abroad. Currently I am doing my B.tech 3rd year.?

Is there any % cut-off. currently an agregate of 67%. so after completion it should be 65-70%.

plz be more specific on which course u want to do...u might have to take up the GRE & TOEFL . even if your aggregate is low u can make it up in the tests....but i feel ur aggregate is decent enuff for good univ abroad.....i know ppl with aggregates of 50-55% getting in gud colleges bcoz of their TOEFL and GRE scores
