what should i do to get myself employ by a company?

i don't know anyone there. i live in México city and i'm an artist/graphic designer.

Try to work with Canadian companies in Mexico. Then you may be moved to Canada in the future.

As you will see, Canada has a huge backlog of applications from people wishing to immigrate here. There seems to be this idea that the streets are paved with gold, that the government hands out free money to just anyone and that there are millions of really great jobs available to everyone everywhere.

None of this is true and I sincerely hope that you aren't labouring under that mistaken belief. Many people from Mexico try to get into Canada and most of them were told that it is easy to get into Canada. Please be assured that it is not easy to get into Canada. It will take anywhere from 3 to 5 years and likely longer as the backlog only gets thicker. The problem isn't just that there are so many people wishing to immigrate here but that there just aren't enough immigration staff to handle the huge load of applications.
