Your first stop is the national breed club of the country you want to export from.  Talk to breeders, and find out if anyone is indeed interested in helping you get started.  It's a big thing to send a good show dog to a new show person in a different country, most folks won't do it as getting the dog bck is difficult if things don't work ou.

I'd suggest trying to find show dogs in your own country, make a name for yourself, and then try exporting for the best success.
