go to the policecouldyou website then follow links to your chosen force, its a long application process and very taxing on the mind but it is worth it good luck

You need to be a british citizen to begin with - contact the police constabulary you wish to apply for - go on their website, get all the information and apply.

P.s Many are not recruiting at the moment as they have full quotas.
