I googled Silcott, and came up with this site: http://www.genealogytoday.com/surname/fi...

Problem is, whenever I clicked a link, I got a message, "Webpage not found".  But, just looking through the "titles", it appears a Silcott was a Pearl Harbor casualty and also from Royalty (Burke's Peerage).

Here it says:
