Want to know whaat certain kind of chime is called.?

it is a round cage with a stick with a cylinder on end of it hanging in middle of cage.. it is inside my light house wind chime. when wind blow it the stick hit the bars of cage and make cool sound. think bars is different thickness or different lengths is all i can figure. i want to find some so i can make wind chimes. what the cage chime things called? do any one know?
