Want to listen to house stereo in shed 50ft away. Copper wire too expensive. Any alternitives? (less than $70)

Copper wiring is too expensive for the job. Are there any wireless options? The music comes from various components connected to the stereo amp. The speakers that would be used in the shed would be normal speakers with the copper wiring audio connections.

  1. Why too expensive?  At 50 ft you need 100 ft (or maybe a bit more) of 16 awg wire (See link).  Should be well under $70 ... look at Home Depot.


  2. why don't you buy speaker wire from best buy? They have 50 feet for less than $20. Or you can buy a RocketFish wireless sender/receiver which costs $110, it sends signals up to 100 feet. Other than that, you're probably out of luck :(
