i am 27 yr old female...3 kids...5'2"...142 lbs. i have been watching my caloric intake and trying to walk 1-2 miles at leat 3 days per week, i have made progress considering my starting weight after 3rd child was 162, but the probelm is that i seem to be at a plateau or something. should i increase my exercising to 7 days per week or what?? i would like to get down to 130lbs to be able to start ab exercises and get my tummy back into shape :)thanks!
