  1. i would strongly advise you to go for the safe way..

    if you lose wieght too qickly, you will lose muscle mass, and youl gain it all back and then some, and your hair will thin out, and your skin will become  dry so yeh you may be skinny but you will look horrible.

    take what you eat now,

    cut out the junk completely

    but allow yourself a treat once every few days or even a little treat each day, but keep it small.

    decrease portion sizes slightly,

    snack on fruit/veg/yoghurt

    drink plenty of water

    exercise 3 times a week atleast but dont overdo it,

    like 30 minutes worouts are fine if you are doing it frequently

    walk where you would nomrally drive or get the bus

    take the stairs instead of the lift

    make little changes cos it will all add up

    you really shouldnt lose more than 2 pounds a week,

    so by eating healthly and exercising you can loe weight relatively quickly but in a healthy and most importantly maintanable way/
