Want to make a media unit out of teak wood?

Home Depot does not sell Teak wood. Does anyone know where I can buy Teak in the NY Metro area? I want to make a unit about 50" by 35"

does it need to be teak? iroko is a suitable alternative (and cheaper)

Try Brewers ...(port Chester Ny , maybe CT),Constantnes. Bronx , NY or Dykes Lumber in Elmsford, NY.Defender Marine, New Rochelle NY.

Shop all of them ...going to be pricey if you can find the lengths & thicknesses you need..

Just a thought....could get Teak plywood  (not cheap either )& trim it w/ solids.

Google it and I'm sure you'll find it. If not, google marinas and they will be able to tell you because they use a lot of teak on yachts.
