You can sell anything these days so yes you can sell your books.

Ebay is probably your best bet, but you can also try Amazon marketplace, any college bookstore, consignment shops, or any online place that sells college textbooks.

A good site I use is Buyback.com, but you can also just google sell back textbooks and come up with some good websites.
