Sorry, but I think you're asking for trouble.  Been there and done that more than once.  No matter how hard we tried, it never looked nice.  We finally had it done professionally.

Do some searches and see what you find.  You might decide to go with pavers, or something else.  Good luck whatever you decide.  Be sure you have at least another person for the concrete, you'll need them.
