Want to pay for my husbands website payment through my ING bank account in Netherlands.How to do it.?

Do you have internet banking (if not then I would advise to go to the bank and get it because it is so much easier).  I am not familiar with the ING process but I know for ABN & Fortis you have a machine which you put your bank card in which gives you a code and you put that into the site online and then you can make a "overschrijving"  BTW - ABN Amro have it in English as well

If you don't then you will probably have an "acceptgiro" letter with a yellow bit at the bottom.    If you are paying from a different account listed on the acceptgiro then you will need to go into your bank anyway.  Take this in with you when you go...... and don't forget to get the internet banking, it is a big help

how did your husband make the payment when he set it up?

Why not use that same cc and just make a payment to your husband's cc in the amount of the payment.

This way you dont have to change stuff next month if they have a credit card on file
