Want to set the clock

I am not sure of the model of my clock, but it is a SkyScan Atomic Wall Clock. It has LED for time, temperature indoors, temperature outdoors, date, and day of week.It also shows what phase the moon is in. There are four buttons on the back of the clock; the first is labeled "set", the second one "+", the third one "alm", and the fourth one "snz". I cannot find the instructions that came with the clock for setting it.When I started writing this I could not set any of the settings, but have just played with it some more and I think I have set the time, date, and day. (The time is actually 5 minutes behind, but I assume it will receive a signal from somewhere and will fix itself.) I am still not seeing an outside temp, but perhaps it is because I am too far away from the outside base. My remaining problem is that I do not know how I did the setting, and am afraid to touch anything for fear that I will mess it up again. I probably should tell you that the clock resets itself to the wrong time zone, too, but this time I saw EST and I hope it stayed on that.
