Want to start a mini storage facility?

I have about an acre of land out of the city limits and would like to build some mini storage buildings.would that be a good idea and can you make some good money with these?

yes that is a profitable bussnes.  study the area first. if they have other mini storages in the area. and if they do. you will have to charge less than the other place at first. just go for it.
