Want to start my own business...

Question

I want something that is little maintenance and can run itself for the most part so i thought, maybe a laundry mat. Anyone own one and/or have any feedback on this idea?

you need a lot of money ($50-200,000) to buy an existing laundromat or to build one from scratch - plus you need to be available or have someone who can open and close each day and go in daily and empty the lint traps in teh dryers, sweep and clean floors and empty the change from the machines and refill the coin changer - if you skip one day and the change machine runs out, you could wind up losing $100's in income for the day
