Budget of 20,000 USD per year including everything is my sky, I'm already graduated with a Bachelor of English Literature and I'm working as Infrastructure Consultant in very large company, my work experience in inforamtion technology is only 3 years, I get this amount of money from my own work (as i'm self made man) and that's the best I can afford, what I want is to go Canada, take Bachelor degree in information techology/systems, max of 20,000 $ per year including everything, I only have one year fees and I want to work part time so I can get the second year fees and so on, during this period I want to study and learn, work hence some exposure, apply for migration while i'm there...

what's my chances?

what's my options in study?

which university to go? the best one of the not so expensive ones?

I heared about Australia study as well, which is better and why in your opinions?

please feedback as I want to apply very soon

P.S.

Information technology is NOT computer science

  1. A quick Google search turned up only one Canadian university that offers the programme you are interested in.  As for student visa, work permit, Carleton university entrance requirements and fees, you will have to check the site below.

Another option for you might be an on-line school, like the University of Phoenix in Arizona, US of A.

  2. SInce you already have a degree, why not apply for a wok visa already? Then you can study in your free time and not worry about stdent visas. Otherwise, if you have $20k already, you are all set. Go as a student and wrk parttime. Live on what you make and save your $20k for emergencies. Also, apply for unersity scholarships. If you get one, it cuts the costs you have to pay. 20k is a lot. Man, if I had had $20k when I was studying abroad, I would have been in heaven.
