Have you expericenced a lot of problems with Comcast services and they can't fix the problem? Your not alone - I've spent over 14 months with internet going out, reseting itself, ditigal phone nvever worked and Comcast said they could not find any problems. I have about 6 inches worth of pink tech reports that state Main line issue, but nothing ever got done. I'm looking to hit them where it hurts - their pockets and recoup some money I've paid in. Are you with me?

  1. Contact Comcast, verify your information with a CAE, request to speak to a supervisor, remain calm and do not rant b/c it will get you nowhere, explain the situation quickly. Then specifically request for a Tech Supervisor to go out and no one else, even if they have done this before this would be your test trouble call. All supervisors are required to attempt to schedule a tech to go to evaluate the situation a final time. And, request to be contacted by the Customer Service Escalation department from the Comcast Corporate Office in PA. Only a supervisor will process this type of call, a CAE is not allowed to due to escalation procedure.

Do this before you go into a lawsuit tirade that may go nowhere...if it does get to that point this will at least provide you with backup documentation and recorded history that troublecalls have not resolved the situation, and that way you have a complaint logged with corporate.

On a side note...every time you call notes are left in your account to document the interaction...you have a legal right to obtain a copy of those notes they cannot be mailed to you for legal reasons, but you can go to the service center and request them.

    Read your terms of service

Comcast digital voice is not a utility therefor it is not guarenteed at any time and is for entertainment purposes only

  7. They have given us problems too. We pay 65 for internet and cable television. I called them because my mom had the same package and she called them to tell them that she was switching to direct tv because they had cheaper cable with  premium channels and they added hbo for free. I called and they gave me a free trial for a month and later received a $175 for the HBO and bullshit partial charges when they had told us we could have it for free for a month!. I later called them to tell them that I had a free trial from one of their managers and a representative called me a liar and refused to let me speak to a superior. He said " he cant do anything for you" .I started to cry because he was so rude to me and I was so desperate, My boyfriend had to yell at him and he reduced our bill. They mediately deactivated the hbo and refused to give us a special price even thought they were charging other people less!  They are overcharging us and they have horrible costumer service, and to think that we left Bellsouth for these a******s!!
