  1. I travel to Mexico often and I know it is required for you to have a passport to travel. I would talk to a travel agency and tell them your situation so that you know exactly what you need.


  2. US green card holders do not need a visa to enter Mexico. You will be given a form to fill out before you arrive in Mexico. Upon arrival, you will be granted a visa allowing you to stay up to 180 days. Make sure you bring your Taiwanese passport with you.

  3. Mark is correct...U.S. permanent residents do not need a visa to visit Mexico, just the tourist card you will get on the cruise or at 1st port.
