  1. Asics of course :)

  2. asics are best but saucony are good too!

  3. i would buy nike air max trainers. they are very comfortable and give great support. they fit the shape of the foot as it runs.

  4. Well, I wear New Balance trainers, however the same trainers might give you blisters and problems like that.

Here are a couple of things to think about when you pick your trainers -

    What is your running style?

How do your feet hit the ground - how do they twist?

How large are you (larger runners need more support than smaller runners)

How much running are you going to do?

Where are you going to run (the terrain)

You can get trainers that arnt supportive or cushioned enough or ones that have too much and both can affect your running

All this can affect what trainers are most suitable for your feet. Everyone who ansers has an opinion of which fit their feet the best as well. You could look at one of the runners magazines, or websites such as runnersworld or runningfitness who have reviews of many brands and models of trainers.

After you have perhaps read a magazine, there is only 1 place to go - to a specialist shop where you can try on trainers, talk to the staff and see which fit YOUR feet the best.

  5. asics =]

  6. New Balance, obviously. Especially the cushioning bit. It feels like I'm floating at times.
