You'll need to take the train into Paris and then transfer for a train to Calais. the trip will take about 4 1/2 hours.

You could rent a car and drive which would be marginally quicker but more expensive.

I french and i live in Normandy near Carentan !! (Saint Lô)! You can travel with a rent car !

In case you are just looking for a route to England and are not necessarily interested in Calais why don't you take a ferry from Cherbourg or Caen/Ouistreham directly to England?
