Want to work in Australia as an outside trained OB/GYN any suggestions or advice?

If there is any doctor that have experience on this issue I will be forever thankfull if you can give me some advice, Me, my wife and my daughter want to emmigrate to australia, we are from Mexico, my wife is an Otolaringologyst and I'm a gynecologist. Thanks!!!
