Wanted: The location of the best chocolate milkshake in D.C./NOVA?

My boyfriend is a chocolate milkshake fiend and I want to do something low-key but equally special; take him to a place that has the best chocolate milkshakes in the D.C./Northern Virginia Area.

Please help if you know!!!

The Silver Diner has the best milkshakes in the DC Metro area. They are all over the place too. One in Springfield and one in Fairfax, one in Tysons Corner, and a few more.

I am not sure what part of NOVA you are in. If farther south I think there is one near the Potomic Mills too.
