i live in the states, but mums here visiting from the u.k. look for lebanese markets, or arabic markets, these sell all that you are looking for. i know they have them, cause i took my mum into one over here ,and she said they have a store that sells the exact same gear in luton, also my brother-inlaw is from egypt, and he buys dried fruits and hummis and the whole nine yards, he lives in london. so good luck.
