Wanted: historic and beautiful church located in mexico avail oct 11, 08 for christian wedding. please help?

May I suggest la Capilla de la Virgen del Rayo in Mexico City,  behind the building of Pronosticos in Insurgentes SUR, more or less at the height of Liverpool Insurgentes. You will love it; but of course I do not know whether it will be available on YOUR date. Lots of soaps have been filmed there because it is so special. If you feed the name to Google, a file will appear: "Capillas de Mexico" where the Capilla del Rayo appears with 13 pictures. Alas no phone number or email is included. All the best.

do you mean christian as in catholic, cause all the historical beautiful churches are catholic, if that is the case, the catedral of cuernavaca is a very beautiful place, cuernavaca is called the city of the forever spring, there are many options there, really, look into this city for youe wedding, the weather is amazing all year, and by october there is no rain at all, very, turistic city

in morelia michocan, mexico the Cathedral is beauitful built over 500 years ago one entry of catherdal wall is one of the oldest organs and when played it can be heard all of city of morelia the organ is built in the walls got to see to believe multi masses can be giving and you dont here the other masses going on

why not have it in a small town....most of them are catholic down there...

taxco is the silver capital of the americas (or is it the world?).  

someone already mentioned morelia.....better is the one in downtown guadalajara.

maybe in tezopotlan (not tezpotlan..notice the spelling).  this church is overly ornate, google these places

as for tourist places for ease of airplane access.....try some old church in la paz (near cabo san lucas)....

cuenavaca has lots of americans that live there.  it is also supposed to be beautiful.

the airport of el bajio (lots of flights) is near guanajuato city and san miguel de allende....both have cool churches and are quite artsy.  san miguel is FILLED with foeigners, guanajuato city less so.....

i guess guanajuato city would be a good choice...or la paz...check them out.
