You mean Area 51. It does exist, it's a military base and there are tales about it that seem plausible. But, just plug Area 51 into your google search and you'll get more info then I'd ever be inclined to type for you.

Yeah, it's Area 51, Dreamland, or Groom (or Gloom) lake.  It is highly secretive place designed to house secret military development.  It has nothing to do with aliens as people believe as if it would, then would not there be a higher occurrence of aliens sighted worldwide and not just in specific places?  Anyway, it is highly guarded and you will be arrested for trespassing.  

There are a LOT of conspiracies surrounding it, but in all honesty, I say we, as citizens, should leave it alone since it is helping the States advance in military warfare.  Of course, war doesn't account for much except for de-population, freedom of the oppressed, etc. but if war is a must, then I'd rather have the advantage than to lose.
