if luck is a rain drop i`d send you a shower,if hope is a minute i`d send you an hour,if happiness is a leaf i`d give you a tree,and if YOU need a FRIEND you will ALWAYS have ME.

Very nice. But bear in mind that the 4rth one," IF U need..ME", is very possible, when the prior 'IF s", R almost impossible. If U like to write down such feelings, try to keep them homogeneous. Write more, I like it.

You could drop the " and if " & put "YOU EVER need a FRIEND ".
