Wanting information about private adoption in missouri.?

I was wondering what the process was like. I know that the cost can vary a lot. But what is included and expected from both the birth mother and adoptive parents? The father of the baby is known and is willing to give up his rights. What is the process like? The birthmother doesn't want much and wants minimal involvment. Good resources and referrals are also welcome.
