i am going under heavy training and hoping maybe some day i'll be in the olympics, i train everyday but the only thing that's stopping me is that i might not be eating the right things for it, what should i include in my diet (as a vegan) that is necessary or that i might need during intense training? i'm training for javelin, if that helps
anyones help would be appreciated, and please no rude and immature comments or comments such as "you can't be a good athlete if you're not eating meat" because that's complete bullsh*t
