Wanting to buy some land in sc?

i hear that if i go to a auction where they take peoples land and sale it. That i would save alot of money. my ? is have any1 bought land @ an auction and how much was it? Does not matter where u bought it i just like to know how much it cost for u and i know what auction means. thanks a bunch!

The issue with auctions is that you can get out bid pretty quickly and spend more than you planned for.  You can do a land contract that should help you obtain what your looking for.  I'm a licensed broker in SC, good luck
