I live in the Bay Area, California.
Alright, so I'm not in like really really good shape, but I know that I will if I start up something i'm committed too.
So, what I want to know, is, will lessons make me in shape, or will I have to put myself in shape BEFORE I start lessons?
Also, are lessons available individually? or are they better with a group?
And, as a sophomore in high school, will I be able to get anywhere in the next year or so?
How hardcore would training be?
Also, what are some sites that provide lessons near the Bay Area/San Francisco/Santa Cruz area?
