I want to learn capoeira but here is the thing. I want to know if i am any capable to do so.I am a teenager weighing 208 lbs. I know capoeira is very active and i am losing weight, which is one of the reasons i want to learn capoeira. I also want to defend myself. I would like to know what i can do as of right now to get myself into basic Capoeira training.Please nothing rude i'm trying my best here.
