Wanting to move to America but cant find any sponsors, how else will I get there?

I'm wanting to move to America, I'm a highly qualified CSI but I cant get a Police Force to sponsor me, I have family there but they're not immediate so there's nothing they can do. Does anybody know how I could get there legally, I have searched everywhere but in vain? Thanks to whoever replys!

Contact the embassy of the country in America where you want to go

You need to get a job that will sponsor your for an h1b visa.  There appears to be no other option for you.  I doubt you could even get an h1b for CSI since there are more than enough US workers for that job.  Forgot to add, that most police forces will only hire US citizens.
