Wants to uninstall unused components of windows

Question

i want to uninstall unused componets from mx windows xp sp2 system... i got a coding to show to hiden componets in xp to show in ctrl panel-->add or remove windows components.but i cant able to do it correctly.....i read some ware the we can remove some components that i not able to use other than in America.... my location in "India" so plz give me solution for both this problems
