Coach of Pakistan cricket team, Waqar Younis, is extremely disappointed that there is no international cricket played in the country at the moment and feels that this is the reason why it is very difficult for his team to improve their rankings.

However, Afghanistan’s cricket team is in Pakistan at the moment where they are playing a three-match unofficial One Day International (ODI) series against Pakistan A.
Waqar expressed that his team has been playing in different conditions for the last couple of years and they have to adjust to foreign conditions all the time. He said that it is easy to http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Groom-c60840 juniors in home conditions where they play with confidence but
this is not the case with Pakistan cricket at the moment.  
He said, "It's very difficult to adjust every month or so. It's four (overseas) venues I've done in less than a year. You need to play home to get the confidence of the youngsters. That's not happening so what we're trying to do is taking the youngsters
on the tour and trying to prepare them, which is the hardest part in cricket".

The former pacer believes his team could have had a better ranking if they had the facility to play home matches as well.
