War on Russia???????

Any chance that Bush would go to war with Russia? I know the chances are very unlikely. But is there a chance?

If Russia invades Poland you can count on it. As it stand they are trying to resolve Georgia without a military conflict. Though the situation has pretty much come down to either letting Russia keep Georgia or kicking them out.

knoe even if they wanted too it would be impossible in the history of man knoe one has ever beat russia n right kow they are back to full power their allied with china and iran the US ,military is to weak n split if it came to nuclear warfare the us would be destroyed but russia would be damaged but it would recover in a few 100 years because of it huge population on top of that the only ally the u s has who can fight is Britian

Canada, Germany n France would never take part in a sucidal fight like this. (History fact : at the height of power Natzi Germany ( which was tbigger in strength n population to the USA)  +attempted+ to conquer Russia with operation barbossa or something  to this date they where the only military force to come close to toppeling moscow but in the end Russia pushed them out n Savagley slayed NAtzi's n German citizens so bad that many started running to surrender to the allies instead of confronting Russias wrath. So its better for the US to just shut up n stop talking cuase this is a DElicate situation which could easillyy crush the USA

War with Russia is very unlikely.

As for the missiles, what US put in Poland is designed to shoot down nuclear or tactical missiles fired at US allies in Europe. I.e those are defensive missiles, not ICBMs with nuclear warheads which is what USSR put on Cuba and are purely offensive.

There is a big difference between those missiles. just because  they're both missiles doesn't mean it's the same thing.

Worth nothing, US position is that those are designed to counter the threat from Iranian ballistic missiles and Russia was offered to join in missile defense system.

Obviously Russian offensive missiles would be equal targets which is why Russia is pissed off.
