WarHammer (Original) Need help finding a book?

I've recently received a warhammer set this is my first set and the first couple i painted are horrible, I'm looking for a book called "How to Paint Citadel Miniatures". I do NOT want a link of where i can buy because i don't have the money to buy it. I'm looking for a free either downloadable version or a copy of it posted to a website. i do not even care if it is a zeroxed copy or something of the sort. just please help me find this book!!! or else my warhammer army will look big walking peices of **** =(

To paint figures...

1. spray primer; white or light gray.

2. paint the deepest parts of the casting, working your way to the highest surfaces.

3. to 'age' or 'weather' the figure there are to techniques; 'wash' and 'dry brush'.

    wash - use paint diluted with thinner; the paint will seep into the deep areas causing 'shadows'.

    dry brush - dip the brush in paint and dab of most of the paint and lightly brush over the high surfaces to make a 'worn' look.

   After that it is just a matter of creativity and experiance.
