Warcraft 3 Battle.Net not working! No maps i've downloaded work!?

Hi people,

I've recently been on holiday to Croatia were i bought Warcraft 3 and the Frozen Throne. I click on Battle.Net. It pops up with:

Unable to validate game version. Please reconnect to Battle.Net or apply the current game patch manually.

Does this mean that someone has used my CD Key before me? Is there anyway to get my code to work on Battle.Net?

I download Dota 6.54b and DDay Xtremme. I click on single player. Custom game. I choose Dota and then it goes back to the place where you choose the maps. This has happened with a lot of maps. Anyway to fix it?

if someone was using your CD key it would tell you someone was loggin in, it gives you the name the person installed the game with.  Try patching the game manually by downloading the patch at www.battle.net
