Warehouse for a home!

I want to live in a big open space when im older and im looking at house but they feel so restriced to me cause of space lol how much would a 40,000 sq/ft Ware house cost and i want it near a decent size city any prices ideas?

A warehouse almost an acre in size will cost you a bunch of money any way you look at it!

It is  illegal to use a warehouse for housing in the US.

I don't know of any jurisdiction that allows residential use of warehouse space.  You better hope you win the lottery -- I looked at a 5000 sqaure foot space a few months ago and it was over 3 million.

40k square feet is a gluttonous amount of space to take up.  For one person, 1500 square feet is a huge amount of space.

You may not be able to live there.  Zoning issues.
