Warhammer 40k, what to buy next?

I have an Imperial Guard armmy a Leman Russ not demo, 60 foot troops, 4 heavy weapons auto-las,heavy n missile. For HQ, Yarrick, the Snipers blister n a Command Squad, 3 Psykers.

Should I get more 20 Foot troops n 1 heavy or a Basilisk or Cadian Officers n Priests?

You need more tanks.  I recommend this for two reasons: first, there are two things that define the Imperial Guard - soft, squishy infantry, and hard, crunchy tanks.  The tanks will distract your enemy long enough to get your infantry to the objectives!

The second reason is that Fifth Edition is imminent and rumours confirm that tanks, whilst becoming less mobile, will be far better able to survive in the new edition.

So I suggest that another Leman Russ, a LR Demolisher and a Basilisk are your best investments.  That way, you'll have a good balance of short, medium and long-range firepower that you can swap and change depending on your opponent.

Imperial guard are all about there heavy selections.  Tanks or basilisk are a good next step.  You will need more foot soldiers as 60 is not enough.
