  1. for awarm up justjog and stretch. make sure your heart beat rises and you feel a bit out of breath, your body temperature should rise too.You could try to make it sport specific if you want eg Hockey, dribbling. Make sure to do movement that will occur in your game or training session if that's what you're doing eg hockey, touching the floor wth both hands. Warm downs you shoud just jog and then walk.

PS Dont forget to stretch in both Warm ups and downs.

  2. Yes, but it depends on how hard you are training.

Try fifty over the head claps, 30 sit ups, 30 push ups, 30 leg raises, 30 squats, and then reduce by ten and repeat.  After this you can get on with your cardio.  For cool downs do 10 minutes on the bike, startng steep and ending up flat, changing every 2 minutes.

  3. This is what I do before and after heavy exercise, to warm up I do a few quick streches and then cycle on the bike at the gym for about 5-10 minutes. And to cool down I cycle for about 10 minutes again xx

  4. You warm me up

and I'll cool you down ;-)

    xx

  5. For warm ups....sit closer the fire....for Cool downs...sit farther away...
