Warmblood People in here PLEASE?

I am having trouble.

next month for me there is an inspection so I am going to send my gelding for training (he is 3 yrs old). But I have no clue how to show him when it comes up to the date of inspection. I know he has to be shown in a bridle and he has to walk/trot/and extend the trot. But I don't know how to show him with me guiding him and to have him do the correct leads/gaits.

You can't just send him off to a trainer then.  You need to have him AND yourself trained.  See if you can take lessons with the person who is training him so they can show you how they do what they do.
